Serving Houston

20+ Years Strong

Prado Developments started as a single dented pickup truck and a commitment to hard work in demolition and labor. Two decades later, that dedication still runs the shop as we provide top-tier interior demolition, cleanup, and hauling services.

— Where it began

One truck, one promise.

In 2005, Miguel Prado bought a beat-up flatbed and started helping neighbors with heavy lifting, interior strip-outs, and hauling away the debris. What he wouldn't do was dump it all at the transfer station.

He drove donations to shelters, dropped metals at scrap yards, and kept detailed receipts for every customer. Word travelled. Twenty years later, we still work the same way — just with a lot more trucks and a lot more coffee.

— A note from the founder

“Every pile has a story. Our job is to give the good stuff a second life — and make sure the rest gets handled with respect. That's what I built this company on, and that's what it'll always be.”

One Truck, One Miguel

First flatbed, first haul — a broken piano off Elm Street. Miguel charged $40 and spent two hours driving it to the right donation centre.

— Giving back

Every haul helps a neighbor.

We partner with three local shelters, two women's centers and the city's electronic waste program. Usable furniture goes to families starting over. Metals and appliances fund the crew's community fund. Every year we publish the totals.
